By selecting the “I Accept” button, you are agreeing to the following terms, which serve as a binding agreement (hereinafter “the Agreement”) between you and igrowhydro.com.

1. The igrowhydro.com Get Points for Posts contest (hereinafter “the Contest”) is the competition as described in the contest rules.
2. Any submissions (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Submision”) for consideration in the Contest, you give to igrowhydro.com that you possess the rights and authorities to convey rights granted hereunder; that your submission is original and has no encumbrances or liens and is not subject to any third-party agreements that could interfere with their use. You shall hold igrowhydro.com harmless and shall indemnify igrowhydro.com for all fees and expense (including reasonable attorney fee's) in the event of a breach of any of the foregoing warranties or representations. This does not extend to any material not furnished by you.
3. All submitted material become permanent property of igrowhydro.com and its affiliates. igrowhydro.com retains permanent and exclusive rights to your submitted material for commercial use and reproduction on apparel and other promotional products. By submitting your review, participants hereby irrevocably assign all rights to igrowhydro.com. If participants do not agree to this, entrees should not be submitted.
4. Contest prizes are as follows:
   1) $5 store credit, per 1 post, will be provided to the winner by igrowhydro.com.
5. This agreement reflects no intentions of a partnership, employee-employer or franchiser- franchisee relationship with contestant.
6. Nothing construed herein shall be an obligation for igrowhydro.com to manufacture or disseminate any specific quantity of items/ products containing the submission. All decisions regarding each submission are left to the sole discretion of igrowhydro.com
7. This Agreement will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, with no regard to its principles of conflicts of laws and notwithstanding the fact that you may reside in a different state or country. You stipulate and agree that any and all claims, disputes, controversies, suits or actions arising out of or relating to the provisions of this Agreement or the subject matter hereof and initiated by you, or any successor in interest, shall be adjudicated exclusively in the Circuit or District Courts of California, or the United States District Court for the District of California, which courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any and all such claims, disputes, controversies, suits or actions, and you hereby stipulate and submit to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of such courts with respect to such claims.
8. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
